In her previous role as Vice President of Patient Support Services at RxCrossroads, Heather was responsible for developing and executing operationally, as well as creating and implementing strategic solutions designed to expand comprehensive reimbursement and patient support programs.
Heather's experience spans many therapeutic areas and distribution channels including retail, specialty and in-office administered therapies. Her focus on quality, process improvements, and data insights have led to innovative system solutions, providing operational excellence and cutting edge program design.

Jourdan joined Perspective3 in 2023 with over 10 years of experience in Patient Services strategy and operations in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. She spent the first half of her career on the service provider side at inVentiv Health supporting a wide variety of clients and managing programs of varying size and complexity. This is where she established a deep appreciation for process excellence, efficiency, and quality.
During the second half of her career working for small to medium sized biotech and pharmaceutical manufacturers, Jourdan became an expert in building in-house Patient Services organizations from the ground up. In this capacity, she has experience in rare diseases and specialty brands, product launches and transitions, and departmental builds and oversight. As a commercial leader in these companies, Jourdan leveraged a cross-functional approach to build award-winning Patient Support Programs.
Jourdan believes in the importance of Patient Services strategy and solutions aligned to organizational goals, technology platforms that support compliance to defined business processes, and data governance that drives key business insights while maintaining patient privacy. Based in New Jersey, Jourdan is a Rutgers graduate and holds a master’s degree in organizational development.
